Francisco Javier Aranda Flores is an internationally known drummer born and raised in the city of San Luis Potosí, México in 1994. He started playing the drums at the age of 14 in 2009, and in 2011 started on his first national tours around Mexico, supporting a variety of acts.
In 2016 he starts touring internationally playing at Festivals in Europe with Dellag (Dellag Duffers) and continued touring around Mexico the following years with “80’s Symphonic” and “Soda Symphonic”It is in 2018 when Francisco ‘Paquito’ Aranda moved to Los Angeles with the highest scholarship from California College of Music.
Since then, Francisco has developed an interesting career in Los Angeles as a drummer/percussionist, co-producer and songwriter with the local Angelino band “The Citie”, where he currently is a band member. Besides collaborating with The Citie, Francisco also performs at early 2020 for the Tony Award Nominated Musical, “Found: A New Musical”, and toured the United States with the renowned singer Beatriz Solis, and with chart leader singer Adal Loreto in 2019, Francisco’s first year in the U.S.A.
Francisco also currently co-produces and performs with “The Bará Group”, winners of the XXX Jazz Festival in Bogotá, Colombia in 2017. Group headed by Colombian Bassist Santiago Gonzalez, in Los Angeles California.
