Francisco Javier Aranda Flores is an internationally known drummer born and raised in the city of San Luis Potosí, México. He started playing the drums at the age of 14 in 2009, and in 2011 started on his first national tours around Mexico, supporting a variety of bands and artists.


In 2016 Francisco started touring internationally playing concerts in Europe. Simultaneously he continued playing concerts around Mexico the following years with a variety of acts and productions. It was in 2018 when ‘Paquito’ moved to Los Angeles with the highest scholarship from California College of Music.


Since then, Francisco has developed an interesting career in Los Angeles as a drummer/percussionist, co-producer and songwriter with the local Angelino band “The Citie”, where he currently is a band member. 


Besides collaborating with The Citie, Francisco also performed in 2020 for the Tony Award Nominated Musical, “Found: A New Musical”, and in 2019 toured the United States with the renowned singer Beatriz Solis, and with chart leader singer Adal Loreto. Moreover, Francisco currently co-writes and performs with Nastí, a band that consists of bass player Santiago Gonzales, and singer/keyboardist Suggidaks.
